How do I list my restaurant or store?
Submit the application form on this page. Once approved, our local team sets up your menu or catalogue in the app. The process takes 1–2 business days and you go live as soon as it's ready
Is there a setup or listing fee?
No. Listing your business on MigLine is free. MigLine earns a commission on completed orders — terms are agreed during onboarding
What if MigLine is not yet active in my city?
Submit your details through the form. We'll add you to the launch list and contact you before we go live in your area.
Do I need special equipment to receive orders?
No special hardware required. Orders come through the MigLine Partner app on any smartphone. A tablet is recommended for high-volume kitchens but is not mandatory.
How do I update my menu or product catalogue?
Updates can be made through the partner app or by contacting your local General Partner. Changes go live within 1–2 hours.
Can I pause my listing during holidays or off-hours?
Yes. Set your operating hours in the partner app and pause your listing at any time. No orders will be assigned outside your set hours.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments for completed orders are settled weekly, every Friday. A full transaction report by order, date and amount is available in the partner dashboard at all times.
What commission does MigLine take?
Commission terms are discussed during onboarding and depend on your country, category and order volume. There are no upfront fees or hidden charges.
What if a courier is late or an order is wrong?
Delivery issues are handled by MigLine support. Issues related to incorrect items are resolved jointly between the Place Partner and the support team.
Can I run promotions or discounts?
Yes. Place Partners can set discounts and run limited-time offers directly through the partner app.
How do I get featured in the app?
Contact your local General Partner or email hello@migline.com. Featured placement is available in most active cities and reviewed monthly. Featured partners see a significant uplift in order volume.
Can I connect multiple locations?
Yes. Partners with multiple branches manage everything from a single account. Each location is listed separately in the app.
